Las emociones tienen un rol más importante del que crees en tu transformación física . Muchas veces cuando empezamos nuestro viaje fitness no tomamos en cuenta que las emociones son las responsables de los resultados que vas a obtener . Que significa de verdad transformación ? Para mí no trata solo de perder pero y ganar músculo, se trata de tu mente , cuerpo y alma y crear un estilo de vida sostenible y pleno .
Como atleta IFBB Pro Natural, que ha conseguido esto siendo su propio coach . Mi historia con el gimnasio , empezó en 2007 . Al principio , era una simple pasion y entretenimiento para mí, un espacio al que recurría para At first, it was simply a passion, a space where I could push my own limits and learn about my body. I trained for years with no direction , and in 2015, I decided to hire a coach and compete back in Spain. That experience marked a turning point in my life, not just because of the physical challenges but also because of the feeling when I was on stage.
As someone independent and with curiosity for knowledge, I found myself constantly searching for deeper answers that my coach couldn't answer because those answer were also emotional and soul related.
In 2016, I got my certifications and knowledge to start creating my own plans, it seemed easy, I knew what I had to do , but why I couldn't stick to it ?
Why Have I Never Been Able to Stick to My Diet?
I used to think I just didn’t have enough willpower, that something was wrong with me. I tried everything: strict plans, intense routines, endless restrictions that lead to binging. I’d find myself in the same frustrating cycle—progressing, falling back, feeling stuck, and starting over again

something deeper came up, everything changed: It was my lack of emotional balance what kept me stuck for so long. I learned that fat, weight fluctuations, cravings, binging are often tied to emotional patterns and cycles in our lives.
It has been quite of a journey
When I started truly listening to my body, understanding its messages, and connecting with my emotions, II have discover a new level of health. For the first time, I could maintain my progress and embrace a healthier, lasting relationship with my body.
Now, I guide others to do the same—to be alingn with their bodies, understand their cycles, and thrive in the long term. This isn’t about shortcuts; it’s about finding harmony and self-awareness that lead to lasting transformation.
